Price for a kubota 5200

I'm looking at a kubota B5200. It has 362 hrs on it, its been kept in a garage, a front end loader without teeth. A 4ft brushhog, 4 x 4 and it has been sitting for a long time. It started right up with a little starting fluid. The lady has had it in a garage for years since her husband died. She nor I know what it's worth. It doesn't have the wide turf tires but the regular tractor tires. I was wondering what would be a fair price for it, ballpark.
