Price for a TN65D

I'm new to the forum and live in Central IL. I am currently looking at a TN65D (cab, heat & air), 4wd, super steer, loader (33LA) with additional rear hydraulics. It has about 2500 hours and the dealer will go over the machine and service it before I purchase. The price is $22k. Any thoughts on the price? Also, I would appreciate your thoughts on any additional add-ons that I should have the dealer install or include in the purchase. I anticipate unsing a brush hog, box blade, FEL and root grapples to clear land for recreational use. The ground is fairly sandy but there is significant overgrowth so I expect the need to move some trees and brush.

Any thoughts on adding front hydraulics for the grapple bucket?
