I understand PT will adjust prices the first of each month starting in May. This is due to steel prices going thru the roof. In the past I have noticed that PT has also lowered on some ocassions, so I expect we all will be paying for steel increases for some time to come.

Shortages are also starting to appear in some products. We checked on some steel tubing the other day and found the delivery 2 to 3 months.

You might want to order your PT soon and be prepared to wait longer for delivery and/or pay more.

Let us know what you here!

/forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif The good news is that those of us who already own a Power Trac have a more valuable machine, because the replacement cost has increased!! /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I have a friend that owns a steel fabrication shop. When we were talking about steel prices the other day, his face went ashen. It is really putting the hurt on them. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

PT told me that they were going to do this back in March.

I guess they have been holding off as long as they can.
