Is $23,000 a fair price from a private sale?

Does the warranty transfer?

Is this a good tractor?

Maintaining a 6 acre camp in the woods.

More info would be needed for the pricing. Hours, condition, etc.
The warranty does follow the tractor.
It is a good tractor as far as I'm concerned. More than enough for 6 acres.

like new
no more bumper to bumper warranty - only powertrain is left

As long as it is in good condition then that is a good price.
Inventory on dealer lots is very low and the cheapest 2538/2638 I could find locally was over 26k.
