Price of used back blade??

Ive been in the market for a 6' or 7' grader blade. Ive been looking at new ones but I saw a used one yesterday. Its a private sale, It has no brand name on it and I didnt measure it but it looks to be a 7 footer, very heavy, setup for class 1 or 2 3PH, angles and offsets using pins but doesnt tilt. No damage to it but does have a little rust and needs some paint. I couldnt read the price on it from the road so I stopped. I was expecting it to be about $150, what they wanted was $300. Is it me or is that too much?

Not too bad for a HD. You can spend twice that on new and get a lot less.(Even if they call it HD) I regularly look for used HD equip as it's built to last and no extra weight needed for dirt implements.
