I have found numerous cases of truly UNREAL prices on Craig's List.
Both tractors and UTV/RTV vehicles.
First clue is the price is TOO LOW.
Next clue is that the CL description looks a little too professional, with great photos, layout and wording more like an ad than an individual.
Next clue is that there is NO PHONE NUMBER but rather a hotmail/gmail/etc email address.
Third and MOST CONVINCING clue is to use SearchTempest - The EASY way to search Craigslist to search at one time ALL THE CRAIG'S LIST cities for a couple hundred miles from your zip code.
Using SEARCHTEMPEST, I located CL entries for the SAME RTV vehicle, identical photos, wording, etc. purportedly being available all the way from Texas to California to Florida, for a ridiculous price of $2995
Net... if a CL price is too low, too professional, and email address only, then do a SEARCHTEMPEST.COM search using 5 or so keywords to find the same ad all across the USA and prove to yourself it is a SCAM.
