price on 2210, 62C and FEL W/53\"bucket

I just got a quote for 12999.00 tax and delivered from a local dealer. I had to go between two dealers to get this low. What do you guys and gals think, is this a decent price? It's not quite 20% off MSRP.

I kinda of figured it was. And yes the dealer has been very accomadating. Including sending a tech to my home to replace a x 475 insturment cluster that fogged up.
