Price Check Price on a 7510 w/FEL

After many years of subtle hinting, my wife says to go for the tractor. Now that I've settled on the Kubota 7510 with a LA302 FEL and turf tires, I need to hone in on a price. Does 13,000 sound like a fair price? I've seen some cheaper on the board, but there aren't too many dealers nearby to start a bidding war.

I to am looking for a 7510.
I looked at the turf special 7510 with 60" MMM and a LA302.
The turf special is suppose to be $10,224 list, but by the time the dealer got done it was $11,100 plus tax, then add on the FEL ($3000 plus tax)Grand Total $14,100 plus tax.
The same setup at another dealer was $14,855 plus tax.
Reading the threads of "Hot New Deal on B7510" I e-mailed Kubota (because some local dealers were in denial). Kubota responded back the same day confiming the Turf Special. It comes with turf tires and a new 60 inch suspendend mower deck and it lists for $10,224.
This however does not seem to cover dealer set-up fees, which seems to vary greatly.

I was at my local dealer the other day and had noticed the "turf special" brochure. Nothing in stock though.

Is this special for a geared or hst tractor?

Could you pm me with details of the exact package, most US dealers I speak to claim to never have heard of the package?

Tractor is same as regular B7510HST, has "Turf Special" decal, comes with turf tires and a 60" suspended style mower deck
