According to the Kubota Workshop Tractor manual for the
b5200 .
b6200 .
b7200 . b6200hst . b7200hst for the
B6200
Maximum P.T.O power: 9.3 kW (12.5 hp) *
Engine gross H.P. 11.2 kW(15 HP)*
* - Manufacture's Estimate
I bought a b7200hst for 8000 with fel, box and tiller. It is hydro and 4wd. The 5000 estimated retail on the 6200 does not see that far off.
Kubota DOES have a ROPS retrofit program for that tractor. They basically GIVE you the ROPS and you pay the dealer to install it (100-150 dollars I think). I am pretty sure I read you MUST have the dealer install it. They are not making any money on the program, just covering their backsides. I would strongly recommend you take them up on the deal.
They are nice little tractors. Rugged little workhorses. Just realize. They are NOT the CUTs you see people talking about today. They don't have a stereo or cup holder. You couldn't hear a stereo over them. Hearing protection is required to operate. Cup holder would be useless because of the vibration. Climb abord, buckle up and hold on for dear life. These are little tractors from back when tractors were tools.
I love mine even though I have long since finished the jobs I bought it for. I should sell it instead of keeping it around to move firewood twice a year. Just that ... I LIKE it /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
