My comment would be to buy a rear mount mower. When you get your loader next year, the belly mower just doesn't have enough clearance to work in the fields. Only on rolled and finished land, so you are going to be taking it off and on, which is not my favorite chore. If you have a garage, with a concrete floor, it is survivable, but not on the pasture ground by yourself. The new rear mount mower work beautifully if you set them up to float behind on their own wheels and get the extra front roller. We don't use snowblowers in our area, but I think you'll also run into mounting problems with the belly mower mountings with the snowblower as well as the front loader. And they are so easy off and on when they are 3 pt hitch, and cheaper, you've already bought the lift and connection system which you get to replace with a belly mower. If you buy a belly mower now, and want to trade it back, you'll take a bath. Dealers don't have any market for used belly mowers usually. Just be careful to consider what your main functions are.
You usually get a larger tire package on the 40 and 45 than on the 35, so keep that in mind. Our market likes the industrial tires as a good mixed function tire also, and much better resale when your want to trade next time. You will want to plan to mow when the ground is dry with any of these options, especially if you get a loader in the mix. You'll need to water and antifreeze the tires to counterbalance the loader reach which will add some weight to your rig. The industrial tires are as wide as the turf, but a low tread will get you buy for both functions. Good luck!
