priced a 3130 w/ toys..what do you all think?

After much looking and thinkin..for me thinkin was the hard part..lol
I priced a 3130 HST w 723 loader w/ quick attach, brush hog and rear blade..all for 21,350.00..It appears to be a good deal. Any thoughts? I have a 40 acre place with few cattle, need some brush hog work done to maintain a few fields , manure to move and 1/2 mi driveway here in MN to maintain.

Well I can't help with the price of hydro but I know the rest.
Kubota 3130 4WD DT Industrial Tires = $12,600
Kubota LA723 Loader with quick attach = $4200
Woods RB72 Grader Blade = $375
Woods BB72 Rotary Cutter = $1200
total = $18,375.00

I just paid $15,000 for L3130 HST in MN, $4,000 for 723 FEL. Your price sounds right in the ballpark. Whereabouts in MN are you? Which dealer are you talking with?
