Price Check Pricing for a 2002 Kioti LK2554

My mom needs to sell my stepdads tractor due to his health. It is a 2002 LK2554 with around 280 hrs. It has a blade, disc, cultivator, plow and bush hog. It is in pretty good shape and runs fine. What would be a good starting price? It is in the northeast TN area. Thanks
