Pricing for Kubota B7800

I need a little help so I don't make a costly mistake. I'm shopping for a CUT and found a 2003 Kubota B7800 with loader, 275 hrs, always garaged that is very nice shape. I know these machines are a bit dated so need to know what would be a fair price, considering resale and what new models can be purchased for. I found a Deere 2720 on Tractorhouse with 55 hrs for $15,500 so that gives me a reference point.

Asking price is about $13k. Tractor almost looks like new but is 14 years old.

$13K seems to be what they're going for on TractorHouse.com.

Just for comparison, I bought a 2006 B3030 with 262 hours for $18K two years ago. Original owner and always garaged. It has the LA403 loader, B75 BH, Kubota weight box with 600# of weights and a commercial grade custom plug aerator. I got lucky!
