Isnt the "Free Loader" program still in effect? If so there's 3k off the price.

Have you looked at a Kubota BX25? youd have approx 7-8k in your pocket, if you went with a BX

not to start a brand war but he'd have a lot less tractor! a BX is a fine tractor for the suburban setting but if youre going to do any serious dirt work, woods work, bush hogging etc, you're talking apples and oranges. the CK weighs more and all cast iron, it lifts more on the loader and the 3pt (1100 and 1200)

my Boss just bought two weeks ago a CK20S hst from a Buffalo NY dealer for $13200 plus tax. This was with the free loader and 0% factory finance deal.
I know things tend to be more expensive in Cananda, but that does seem high, especially for the hoe. Around here (upstate NY) the hoe has been around $6000.
I think I'd look around some more, and price out Bobcat too, same machine. Is it as leverage.

As far as how will a CK20HST hold up to hard work, "don't worry be happy", you can't kill them unless you do something really stupid!!
I have a 2003, just under 1000hrs of very hard work doing mostly dirt work, landscaping and bushogging, probably 80-85%. the rest plowing and blowing snow (with a 5ft blower, boy I wish a had a cab).
Other than the older loader cracks, the only repair work was my fault( 1 hydralic line and the hydralic filter that hangs down) , the hour metter died just after warranty, so put on a digital for $50. Haven't replaced the front headlight assembly yet( close encounter with a dumpster),
I run synthettic oil (Shell Diesel at walmart) in engine and change at 100 hrs.doesnt burn a drop. Hydralic oil and axle lube changed twice.

get a better price but still buy the KIOTI you won't be sorry.

Have you checked pricing with more than one dealer? I don't know what part of NB you are in, but there are about a half-dozen Kioti dealers listed for NB, plus some relatively near the NB border in NS and QC.
For me, given my relatively rudimentary mechanical skills, the dealer is a lot more important than the brand. If Kubota, JD, MF, NH or another brand offers a competitive price for a similar machine AND has a dealer you are comfortable with, you might want to consider them instead.
I've been really satisfied with my 2006 DK45SC after over 650 hrs of operation, but there is no longer a dealer in PEI, so I likely wouldn't buy another Kioti if I needed to replace this one.
Good luck,
BOB
