( Ok, I'm pretty sure I got it. Since I have already placed an order for SVE11....... I go with it. In my case the stacked valve combination( SVI25, SVW1BA1,SVW1BA1, SVE11) will be the last valve connected. That should work I'm I right? Can somebody describe the conversion plug to me... exactly what it is : /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif is it female that have a some kind check valve build in? ,Is it a pipe thread or Sae type fitting. What makes a Power Beyond port? I'm toolmaker by trade and have access to well equipped machine shop. I'm sure that If can be done I will get it done. I need a picture or drawing of some kind. Thanks.)

You state that your valve will be the last connected. I don't believe that your valve will be the last in the circuit which is why you need power beyond. On most tractors including your Mahindra, the 3pt is the last valve and it is plumbed internally. The loader is first, then any aux valves, then the 3pt. The loader and all aux valves must have power beyond.

Anyway, to add power beyond to the valve you will need the power beyond conversion plug. I don't believe you can machine this yourself. If you have the Prince SV catalog you can get a rather poorly drawn picture on page 53. If you have the parts manual, on page 23 you can get a more detailed picture showing the 2 different O-rings and washers but no dimensions are given.

Your best bet, and cheapest way out, it to call your local Prince distributor or Surplus Center and order the plug.

What you need is a Prince part number 660280001 which is a #8 SAE Power Beyond Outlet Cartridge. This will screw into the outlet section where the Open Center Outlet Plug is now, and replace it. See the attached image of a portion of the Prince Catalog showing the various options for the outlet sections. You currently have option 1 - you will need to replace it with option 2. I would guess that just buying the correct part would be a better option than trying to make it - I doubt that it is that expensive. I'd try Surplus Center.

Here is a picture of the one I got from Prince...

Don't pay attention to the valve section it is beside, that is the inlet section.

The yellow plug comes out and the adapter for the hose connection goes in its place.

The other end is a ORB end, that matches the requirement of the outlet valve section.

Sorry I don't have a picture that shows the PB conversion plug better...but I think you can get a pretty good idea from the picture anyway.

Thanks to all of you for the valuable info/lesson /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif I'm convinced the conversion plug is the way to go in my situation. I save the posts for future reference. As they say it's never to late to learn But, I'm afraid that I won't be as lucky as Henro (getting free C.Plug) /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Once more Thanks to all.
