My pot on tractor quit. I was tilling and hit a piece of concrete it stopped dead and now it want work what have I done

I presume it is your PTO that stopped working. Perhaps you were fortunate enough to shear the shear pin on the tiller. A new shear pin should have you up and running in short order. Obtain a shear pin from your dealer and get a couple of spares while you are at it.
