Hello all,
I'm trying to reinstall the BH on my new CX2510. As you know this is a subframe mounted BH so I need to line up the ladder frame of the BH to the subframe brackets on the tractor. My problem is I can't get the right side pin dropped in (second pic) to secure the BH frame in. Looking at the front right bracket (first pic) the ladder cross member is completely flush so I don't know how this is ever going to fit. I also measured the distance between the front and rear cross members and they're off by 1/4 inch (4th pic) which is about how far the rear cross member sticks out (3rd pic) in to the pin hole. I know this is kind of hard to follow but here are a few pics to help show the situation. Also, when I took the BH off initially this pin I had to bang out from under the tractor. It looks to me like the ladder frame is not squared up and causing my issue. The dealer service rep is obviously acting like I'm not doing something right since his builder/mechanic had it in there. He's also trying to tell me it's normal to have to bang out the pins. It took me a good 10 minutes to bang that pin out since I had no more than a few inches of swing space under the tractor. And don't really want that to be the SOP for this thing. Both the readh sub frame and the front bracket are rigid mounted with no adjustability that I can see.
Anyone have any tips or advice for me?
