When you move the throttle lever,are you sure the linkage is moving on the engine?Sometimes the locknut on the throttle lever will come loose and the throttle doesn't operate correctly.Something to check for.

A great rule of thumb-
Never trust anyone else to treat your fuel, fuel station or otherwise. Hope you get the bug worked out soon and to your liking. Nothing sucks more than problems with a new machine.

I also have a Kubota BX2370 with 123 hrs. that just started to do the same thing. I do use a commercial fuel additive. Last winter I had know problems even starting at 10 below zero. I tried to shut it off when it got over 3500 rpm, and it kept running with the ignition off, for over a minute. The exhaust turned a grey color when it do this, not black or blue. I let it cool down for the day, and started it without using the glow plugs and it started with no problems at 18 degrees. It seems to do it if I use the glow plugs. Any suggestions?

Guys, this doesn't sound good. Racing a cold engine like that is BAD, as you probably know. And a dealer that abuses customers is bad, too. Sorry to hear about this, and hope you get good outcomes. I would contact Kubota, just to get on record with them in case you have engine problems later (assuming this gets fixed!) caused by high speed cold running.

I was thinking the same thing, linkage is screwed up somewhere.
You pretty well have to be a mechanic now days when you buy a tractor.

This sounds like a problem in the injection pump rather than linkage,I would sure get the dealer involved right away and document everything for future protection. This is a great way to score a cylinder wall or worse.

I talked with my Kubota dealers service today, and he said he has herd of the problem, mainly in colder climates, but at the time don't know a solution. He said it might be from a ice build-up in the fuel regulator. I had it documented with my tractor serial numbers and if anything comes in from Kubota about it, he will contact me.

Last week-end I forgot to cover up my Kubota 2370, and didn't fold the set forward, and we had about 3 inches of rain that night (May 30th)
I went to use it today and the instrument cluster has about 1 inch of water in it. With the sun shinning on it, it completely fogged up unable to see anything. Question? How do you get the water out of it, and has anyone else herd of this problem before?

Try removing the wire mesh underneath the steering wheel, you will see the battery there, look up underneath where the throttle is and pull the throttle in and out to see if the linkage there is connected and operating correctly.
