Problem with pictures

For quite some time, I have issues to see pictures that other members posted.

I always use the same device and I didn't change any settings.

Has anybody else the same problem?

The attached screenshot is an example for what I see. Maybe an Admin can chime in.

Pictures usually initialize off the the extension is (JPG-PNG) and so on if URL for graphic is correct...

What is your device, and what browser/app are you using to access forum?.... IF you device will run the CHROME browser and you are not using it, you might try it....

I'm using a Samsung S7 and the TBN app. It worked before. That's why I'm wondering why it doesn't work all of a sudden anymore.

I found that clearing the phone cache, and then app cache and finally force stop the app. Open it back up and then I can see posted pictures again.

If all else fails delete the TBN app and reinstall it. That fixed my issue.

Thanks guys. Deleting the app and reinstalling helped to solve the problem. I was checking for an update but there was nothing available.

For Android: Go to Settings...select App Management...select Tapatalk app...select Clear Cache...

Takes less than 10 seconds and typically resolves any issues I've had seeing photos.
