Loader Problem with two month old LA 524 FEL

I have not encountered a situation like you describe, but my first inclination would be a control valve issue. I would definitely ask my dealer about it.

I went back to the farm after church and played with the loader. Nothing seems to be bent or twisted. I did make some curious finds. Sitting on the tractor with the Fel fully curled the two QA shoes are aligned within approximately a sixteenth. If I uncurl, thrn left cylinder moves two inches before the right cylinder starts to move. If I am in the fully extended position and curl, the right cylinder moves two inches before the left cylinder starts to move. The left and right feet are parallel and even at fully curled and fully extended, however since they start at different times they are never even in between, and they do not reach the fully curled and fully extended position at the same time. With the tractor off in the fully extended position, if I move the joy stick to the left, the left cylinder moves two inches. In the extended position , tractor off, if I move the joy stick to the right the right cylinder moves two inches.
I still stand by my previous post.
The QA torqe tube is twisted, causing the bucket cylinders to run in/out uneven.

Dealer thinks torque tube is twisted. They said they can normally twist the bar back . I will update after they get a kick at the can.

Yeah, it acts as a spring. With the hydraulics powered up the cylinders will fully extend and retract to the same positions, because they can twist the tube.

My awesome local dealer ( Dooley Tractor in Athens, Tennessee) fixed the problem in their shop by bending the connecting tube until the cylinders worked together in synch. They did not charge me! I am an extremely happy camper. I am going to devise a method of insuring that the levers can't accidently unlock. I may fit a piece of flat bar between the two levers, so that the flat bar must be removed to trip the levers and remove the bucket.

Any idea why the QC came open? I have put quite a few hours on a Bobcat S185, and switching buckets, trencher etc. Never had one pop loose. That Bobcat got worked hard too. Have used other ASV and CAT skid steers/track loaders. Never had an issue like this.

I really don't know for sure. My quess is that it got hung on some brush in the area that I was dumping dirt in.
