Help please!

I have a JD 1026R and an Autoconnect 60D. I separated the tractor from the mower to change the blades but, when doing so, the mid-PTO drive shaft that runs the mower came off of the tractor. I reinstalled the drive shaft as I thought it should be installed but I can no longer connect the tractor to the mower.

I believe my problem is that I re-installed the drive shaft incorrectly. The female does not line up with the male. It is either too high or too low.

I have had no luck finding instructions, a diagram or even a good pic or video of the drive shaft and how it should be installed onto the tractor. (The JD manuals are completely useless on this issue and are so poorly written on almost all others..... but that is a topic for another post.)

Does anyone have any insight in the proper installation of the mid-PTO drive shaft?

Billy
