I bought a tooth bar from them a few weeks ago. It was a long time getting here. No problem, they were nice enough to let me know. Now that it is here, it's the wrong size. Checked my email order and I did send the correct measurement. So now they will not answer my emails. I am eating static here and have had many opportunities to use the bar wasted. I have not had time to call (working two jobs) but gee, whats going on with people now days?

That is very unusual for them to not respond.
They generally have an outstanding reputation for both quality and service.
In what way is the toothbar the "wrong size"?

Try giving Melissa Markham a call, as their web site appeared to be having troubles for a while, and so they may not be getting your emails.

I love technology...when it works.

This is surprising. They are some of the nicest people I've dealt with and have a sterling reputation here. The e-mails must not be getting through. I have little doubt that if you reach Melissa by phone that they will do everything necessary to remedy the situation.

I was wondering the same thing. I ordered a pallet fork frame and am trying to finalize the delivery details. Two emails and two phone messages not responded to. I keep getting recordings instead of Melissa.

I had ordered a toothbar and stump bucket about two and half weeks ago and emailed early this week asking if it had shipped and Melissa emailed back that they were out of teeth and that they would get them in later this week and get it shipped out. After reading this thread I called (2:30PM CDT) and a gal (I'm assuming Melissa) answered and told me it had shipped out yesterday and she would call me next week on the day it is to deliver.

No problems here. - Dan

I finally got time to call. They have some sort of computer problems there. Milissa was very nice and got the replacemnt out to me in two days. SO, if you are not getting emil replies, you need to call them
BTW Bar looks real nice, well made, and may just go on the bota tomorrow!!:D

Just another vote of confidence for the folks Markham. Bought my tooth bar from them last May(ish) and it has been nothing short of amazing! I did manage to break a tooth in the first week of use. Called and spoke with Melissa and had a new one plus a spare within a week (btw have not needed the spare).

I do not believe the broken tooth is on them either seeing as how I've managed to "crack" my cross member on my loader (I'll post a thread on it in a couple of days...not pretty). So I'm thinking there is some operator error involved on how to dig with the loader.

Here are a couple of pics on what you can do with your new toyl...you're gonna love it!

PS Some slack should be given to them also it is a busy time of year for them...next time place your order in Jan/Feb...my 2cents

My problem is staightened out- I finally got them on the phone late last Friday . They tracked down the lost order Monday morning, fabricated and shipped it on Monday as well, and it arrived here, probably 600 miles away, on Wed morning. I have no hesitation about ordering from them in the future.

I KNEW there had to be a technology glitch causing the lack of response. Markham has given me unbelievable service in the past. They go above and beyond. Whenever I had sent an email Melissa would respond very quickly. I had corresponded several times via email before calling to purchase my toothbar AND grapple together! As soon as I called and said my first name Melissa knew who I was right off the bat and we chatted some. Very good company. Unbelievable responsiveness and service! Highly recommended!

My toothbar order has been delayed too and I haven't got a response to a voicemail. Makes me a bit nervous, but I imagine maybe it's the delay in the teeth. Would like a better response time as I would order from somewhere else if they aren't going to be able to fabricate my order.

I've rehashed this thread because I've ordered a toothbar well over 6 weeks ago and only got a response when I inquired about 3 weeks ago that the "teeth" are on back-order and expected in by mid-July. Since then no order, and email has been unanswered and I cannot reach them on the phone. What gives?

If they can't fulfill my order then I want to know they won't decide to make the toothbar, bill my credit card when I've already ordered another one.

PS I've been nice as pie in all my correspondence.

Those are the biggest tators I've ever seen...and a couple a big tator heads too :)

Shoot...the pics didn't come over when I did the quote...that kinda robbed the humor outta the post :-( You just gotta go back a page and look at them tators, and tator heads.

I have nothing but praise for them. I ordered my Grapple rake on a Wed, it was not even built yet, I figured it would take a week or two to be built and shipped, it arrived the following Monday. The quality is awsome and I actually think I could sell them for a profit around here. Mine is heavy duty and for it's intended use it is awsome. Saves my back daily.
