Robert, this picture gives me a little "pause" because I found two loose bolts on my TC-45D front end a few weeks back and posted about it. More recently, Farmicist posted about the same thing on his TC-35D in this forum. This photo looks like it may just happen on bigger tractors too. I'll have to check again, but I don't think the attaching bolts have lockwashers. I'm gonna check my tractor again after seeing your post.

I have a different theory. This is a TBN member who was trying to emulate Mark Chalkley. Those are probably Mark's famous Michelin XM 27 tires, which according to Mark have near-infinite traction. The poor Blue owner, however, didn't know how to properly match the rolling circumferences of the tires to the front/back gear ratio. Therefore, the front tires rotated too fast compared the the back wheels, and what you see is what Mark has asserted does not exist: a symptom of too much traction.
