yep.. some manufacturers say you can't tish the fronts. usually you see that on 4wd compacts.

Changing the width on the front does not help stability because of pivoting front axle. Exception would be if you are tipping over, it is possible a wider spaced front end could stop the tip over once the front axle hit the stop. However, by that time you may have already relieved yourself.:laughing:

Tires mounted at the widest also gives a smoother ride!

I set my rear tires the widest on my L4400 but the front tires are set in because flipping them will void the warranty for front end damage.
