Pto clutch for chinese equipment

I have a farmpro dozer which has no hole in the pto shaft for
mounting a clutch, i can run the bushhog straight but would
rather use a over run clutch.
Has anyone run into this problem with Chinese tractors.

Are you talking about an Over-run coupler or a slip clutch?

I know on some of the over-run couplers that are quick disconnect and go on and off just like a typical PTO shaft. Then there are the semi permenant types that fasten on with a roll pin. The roll pin types need the hole but the other type does not.

According to Homier , the dozer has a two stage clutch. So I'm struggling here to try and figure out what good would come from wasting money on an over-running clutch.

Your right it does have a 2 stage clutch or live PTO, when u
push the clutch in to stop the dozer the PTO will still turn. I
like the idea of a over run clutch even with live PTO when
using a bush hog.

Well, it's your money.

As was stated above, you need the removeable type. It uses a spring pin that locks into the spline's circumferential groove, rather than the roll-pin design of the permanent mounts.
