OK, if a shaft from an implement was attatched and it continues to turn, that would be one thing and yes I would not grab hold of it. If nothing attatched and it turns slowly thats normal and your not going to get hurt by it. Engage the PTO and you will or should see it turn a lot faster. Good grief:laughing:

Don't know if it(the pto) creeps with nothing attached, but it does when a rototiller or a rotary cutter or a cyclone spreader are hooked up , but not all the time and I've not found any operator actions to explain the randomness.

Well that's diiferent than I thought you were describing. If it's turning with an implement attatched that's not normal and I would not grab it. I was refering to it moving with nothing attached which is common. It sounds like a adjustment problem.
