Might be too small, but a guy at a park where I used to work mounted a furnace fan to the front PTO of a Steiner. He ducted the output into 8" furnace tubing, and used simple els to turn it to one side or the other. It worked great as a mobile leafe blower for the park roads. The initial direction of the output will be perpendicular to the axis of the tractor, but you can easily fix that with a little ductwork.
