PTO Generator Suggestions

Are there any inverter designs available for PTOs (yet) ?
I know that gensets and welders are using them, just curious about PTO units. It would be NICE to run at whatever engine speed produces enough power and still have exactly 60 Hz coming out.

Just a couple of days ago I took my 8N and opened the door for the gas tank.
This is where the battery and toolbox is.
I set a little 700 watt (1400 surge) inverter in there and hooked it to the battery.
Then I drove around the property to all those places that limbs hang low.
I got a lot of hedges that grow up around the edges of the yard.
I took my electric hedge trimmer around and trimmed them out of my way.
I got tired of being slapped in the face by hedges while mowing.
This worked great for me.
Got the inverter from wallyworld for about $75.
