and of course the power always goes out at night so I picked up an emergency light at Home Depot so I can see what I am doing. Now if I could just get some money out of the neighbor's for ensuring that the power will never go out again I would be all set /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Almost forgot, I had to add a switch on the dash so I can "fool" the tractor into thinking someone was on the seat to keep the pto saftey switch from killing the tractor. I need to make label's for it but that is for a rainy day.

Quick ? when I removed the cover off the breaker box I realized there was not enough lug's for the neutral's and ground's so who ever wired it up in the first place just put the neutral and ground under the same lug for most of the leg's. (see attached pic) so my ? is where can I add more lug's if I even can since all the spots for them are used up but there is still room in the panel for more breaker's

If that is your main panel then the neutrals and grounds can all be connected to the same bus. If it's a sub panel then you need to separate the neutrals and grounds. If you need more lugs, just buy a new strip of lugs for whatever brand panel you have (Square D?) and screw it into one of the threaded holes in your panel...it just needs to be connected to the case of the panel. You can even run a jumper between the two neutral/ground lug strips if you like to ensure good continuity.

Funny enough.. Since I bought my pto generator after the first round of hurricanes in fl.. other than that immediate use right then for those few weeks... our power has yet to go off since. I guess the 1100$ I paid was an insurance police to never be without power... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Thank's Shimon I had not thought of that simple solution. I was imagining have to disconnect all the neutrals and grounds and buying bigger strip's and then rewiring everything and didn't even think of your solution. It does pay to ask /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Not sure about the 2210 but on my 4110 you flip the seat up and pull up on the safety switch and you're good to go. I run a 11KW generator with mine. Does a great job. Runs everything, house , shed and horse barn. Everything but the electric furnace.

No such switch on the 2210. It has a button that is mounted in the seat.
