I think my
B7800 is similiar to your
B3030
so here is something you might want to consider, if you need to snowblow downhill.
Rather than repeat myself too much.
Here is an old post, within the post there are a few threads I posted (DHD)
about modifying my present 2005 Puma 64 snowblower on my
B7800.
But I suggest you read everyone elses threads on this post too.

If I ever replace my present Puma 64 snowblower, the first thing
I'll insist on is a larger impeller. Mostly because, the larger the impeller,
the higher the driveshaft on the snowblower, which reduces the angle of the driveshaft from the tractor to the snowblower.
Prior to my modification, in some situations while snowblowing down hill , the angle of the driveshaft would be so great, the universal joints on the driveshaft would knuckleout. Top link adjustments would not always cure the problem, because adjusting the top link to stop the driveshaft problem, usually caused the scrapping edge of the snowblower to dig into the ground.
I ended up adding 6" extentions on the snowblower so when mounted to the 3 point of the tractor the snowblower was mounted 6" futher back from the tractor.
Also had to have a longer driveshaft manufactured.
Driveshaft angle is now not as extreme, and I have not had anymore knucklingout on the u-joints.
