Agree with JJ, use the tractor hydraulics. I had kubota 3710 and used a Bradco 611 backhoe. That is a fairly large backhoe for a CUT. I ran mine at about 1/2 throttle. Backhoes don't take a lot of flow and your Kubota has more flow than I had.
I tied my hydraulic lever with a bungee cord to have continious flow.

Just so I have this straight in my head.

Loader PB to QD to BH power in, BH PB to QD back to the 3pt (jumper these two when BH is not in use). Finally BH return to the tank.

Yes, that is correct.

Make sure the engine is off before unplugging the BH QD's as the FEL relief will start screaming or the engine will bog down.

Install the short hose to the two rear QD's before starting the engine.
