Linkage looks fine. The mmm PTO shaft will not spin if the lever is engaged (tried to turn by hand with the tractor off). I can spin it by hand if it is on the rear PTO only.

Hi Joe. I just bought a 4115 w/loader and back hoe. its in good machanical condition. i would like to add a third valve to it and saw your post. if you still have the manual can you sand it to me. thanks in advance rewls12@gmail.com thanks again Al
