Your 3525 tractor has plenty of hyd flow for a backhoe attachment,
and you seem to be working on getting remote hydraulics anyway.
Save yourself the money and hassle of a PTO pump.

Go to a wrecker get a hydraulic pump off an old combine or excavator , weld a pto shaft that will give you pressure
