Does anyone know the location of the PTO relay on a 2010 John Deere 3038E?

I looked but no where does it list a PTO relay. Heres my problem. As soon as I hook up the battery I get power to the PTO solenoid which keeps killing my battery. I unplug the solenoid and the draw goes away. I unplug the PTO switch and nothing changes. The switch reads out good and functions normal. I went to the dealer and he said I was right it was The PTO relay told me where it was and sold me a relay. He said it was under the lower dash panel beside the fuse block. It is not there. The only relays I can find are on the fuse block itself but none are the PTO relay. Something has to be stuck to send power straight to the solenoid.

Drawing shows part #11 is load center, this where the relays plug in.

Thanks I see the load center but there is no PTO relay located there.

Do you have a part number? JDparts can be searched by part number, that may help.

I can't find the relay on any wiring diagram. The relay that the dealer sold me does not come up on JD parts catalog. it is AT75769
