Good.
In my limited experience I've noticed that the torque shafts are crudely pinned into the forged yokes near each end of the shaft.
Remove the PTO shaft connection from the tractor or attachment, depending on which end of the PTO shaft has the inner telescoping metal tube. Stand that end up as vertical as possible and squirt some penetrating oil down thru the upward yawning yoke so that the oil runs between the yoke and the outside of inner tube. Some of that oil might find its way down into the inner/outer tube interface and loosen the seizure up. Eventually, it may free itself, especially if you can reconnect it to the tractor or attachment without connecting the 3 point hitch, then gently drive forward until it frees itself or you realize it ain't going to work!
