PTO shaft safety plastic tube source

I bought a used implement, the PTO shaft must have rubbed on something because the plastic tube is abraded completely thru. I have it taken apart, hoping I can just buy a new tube and put it back together, but not finding lots of Bondioli and Pavesi parts after a brief search. Any sources out there? I see ASC has tubes for the Eurocardan -either the 1-2-3-4 series or the 5-6-7-8 series, if anyone had one and could check the diameter, that might be a viable option. The outer shell is the one I need, it is about 2-7/16 ID, the OD is just over 2-5/8. Hoping I'm not the first person to have this problem?

check with a tractor supply store if there is one close by. they carry some of those. also check with your local tractor dealer.

I'll check the local TSC, didn't see anything online. The dealer is hard for me to catch open with my work schedule.

Check with manufacturer if you can, I bet they'd be more than happy to send you one. They are usually huge proponents of you being safe when using their equipment.

Wouldn't be surprised if they did not charge you.

G'day check out the bare co site their lever release system is great for greasing and they they come in two different sizes to suit all the different shafts out there

ditto that.. my local tsc store has a few different plastic shields in stock.

My L4400 did not have a PTO cover supplied. I wanted to reduce the amount of dirt on the grease and make it safer so I simply cut a piece of irrigation pipe of suitable size and attached a length of wire to tie it to the tractor. Cheap, simple & effective.

CCI, that is a good price for the whole assy! Come to think of it, I got a seat from you awhile ago at a good price too. I'm hoping to find time to track down just the outer tube sleeve itself, if I can't I'll hook up with you.
Not having one installed just isn't safe enough for me.
