PTO shaft tubes -- economical? where to buy?

After a bunch of Googling, and a couple of phone calls, I have concluded that it is not economically feasible to lengthen a PTO shaft by purchasing new tubes.

It is probabaly most economical to buy a whole new shaft. Probabally with a little googling you can buy a complete setup for under $100.

Haytools.com a forum sponser here, comes to mind. Give him a call. All you need to know is what size/type of ends you have, and OAL.

shafts near me are costing 260 plus, that is without tax and/or shipping.

finding a shaft of 46" to 70" has been troubling until now! woot!

If I understand your need correctly, you don't need 2 tubes. All you need is just one of them to be longer.
