PTO Shaft

Where is the best source of PTO driveshafts for connecting rear mount implements. I am connecting my B7500 to a rear mount snowblower with a 1 1/8" keyed drive. Is there a mailorder source or am I better of just to go to my dealer??

The Tractor Supply Company has a pretty good selection of PTO items. You can find them and their catalog online. I can't remember the website address, think it is something like TSC.com.

Agri Supply has a good selection of PTO shafts and their parts. Click here to access their PTO section. Their site does not have any pictures. They have a catalog that has all the pictures though.

In Australia you can get genuine Kubota PTO shafts but they cost a fortune. The cheapest and best are the Bondioli & Pervesi shafts made in Italy. Had 3 shafts burnt in a shed fire and was able to get the plastics replacement bits easily. Not so easy for the Kubota shaft on the rotary hoe though.

Might also want to check Northern Tool. They have a bunch of PTO items. Search for the keyword "PTO" from their home page.

You might want to check with Carquest, they have a PTO driveshaft catalog. I have bought a few things from them and the prices weren't bad

I don't quite understand what you need...?

Do you already have a "broken" drive shaft to repair...

Do you have NO driveshaft and have to buy Everything...

Or do you have a driveshaft and the "yoke-end" is wrong for your snowblower input shaft...?

The easiest is replacing just the yoke end to match up to the snowblower gearbox...

You have to determine the "size" of the driveshaft/yoke... most smaller units a classified Cat 3 or size 3{don't confuse this with 3-point hitch components...}

Let us know exactly what you're looking for and we can go further...

Looking for a complete driveshaft on the low-end could run you $140-180., so parts are much cheaper to replace if you can do it...
