PTO speed display unit question

Must be missing something obvious, but I can't figure it out so here goes. On my L4240 (and most other Kubota's I expect), the PTO speed display shows "<num> n/min". The displayed number definitely corresponds to PTO RPM (revs per minute) - so what does the "n" stand for?

It's just another notation for RPM. N is for the "number" of revolutions. It's not a typical notation in the US but is seen in some engineering nomenclature. :)
