PTO speed for KB2365 hoe (on my new LB1914!)

Are the prices in Maine so high that it was worth the trip to N. Carolina?
I'm in So. Maine and just beginning to shop for a tractor.
I stopped in Batchelder's in Lebanon today and was given a price of $18,400 for a LB1914 TLB.
How does this compare to out of state pricing?
Did they deliver a tractor in a crate or was it completely assembled?

Let's just say that the price I received from Carver was thousands less (assembled, delivered, ready to work) than the prices I found looking in Maine. Some of this is due to the fact that Kioti is phasing out the LB1914 in favor of the CK20, I think.
