I did see my first salco chipper when I was at Keats in Keene NH the past week. I didn't remember which model number but I must say they do very nice. I didn't get to see one work but I guess the load sensing feed seems like a real nice feature.
You may have done this already. Does it help if you increase the rpms and try to lift the chipper?
