WELCOME, FOR A MINUTE THERE I THOUGHT SOME ONE STOLE YOUR CHIPPER RIGHT OFF THE BACK AND YOU DIDNT NOTICE...HA HA..
I too have a small [salsco brand] top feeding chipper,i absolutely love it.Hopper on top is the only way to go on a self feeding unit,gravity is a wonderful feed unit.

Thanks for the welcome, I've had quite a bit of fun reading some of the posts and yeah, the differences are interesting. One of the major differences is in cost of equipment, we are paying way over the odds when you compare dollar for dollar against US prices, my little rig is 5 years old, its only done 300 hours and is in great shape but as shown in the photo; B2100 HST, 60 mower and 301 loader cost $17000AU which is about $13000 US, whadya think. New price on this setup with a B7500 is around $28000AU or $21500US..Wow.. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
