I'm sure its a safety thing that won't let idiots run 540 rpm equipment at 750! :thumbsup: I have rarely found a use for the Epto honestly, I have some gnarly hills that the tractor bogs down way to much trying to climb them and mow while keeping the mower at the correct rpm, If I'm in a flat pasture just clipping, its fine, but that's about it.
