Yeah, I would have to scold you on the x move. I can't believe you didn't go with the CX Loader.
But at least you moved up to a 3320.
I wonder how long it is going to take to for you to kick yourself for not going with the 300cx? Sure the X is an ok loader, but if you use it enough, you are going to wish you had more lift height, and lift capacity.
But you did save almost $400.00 now, on a tractor that you might be keeping for 10 to 20 years.
Sure the 300x might be ok for you now, you hope.
I would fix this if you could now, before you take purchase of the tractor with the 300x Loader.
A few years back my friend bought a JD4310. He wanted to settle for a 4210. But somebody else, (not me) told him to get a 4310. I had a 4200, the machine was good but left me longing for power.
He went ahead and bought the 4310, but cheaped out on the Loader and bought a 420 Loader instead of the 430 Loader. I had the 420 Loader on my 4200, which left me wishing I had the 430 Loader. I told him not to make the same mistake I did. Anyway, he already signed for it (although if he wasn't so cheap he could have fixed this before gettting the tractor).
He is still kicking himself in the butt til' this day because he didn't spend the extra $300.00 back then.
When I bought my 4200, the dealer never informed me of larger Engines for this size tractor, and of better loaders. I bought it, I liked the tractor it was good, but I was always mad that if I knew then, I would have bought more HP's and the better of the loaders.
Now on my new JD 3720 Cab Tractor, I made sure I wasn't going to "Cheap Out" so I could hate myself later. I made sure I did this machine up right, and I really put on every option I could so I would'nt have any regrets.
It's your money, but all I know is $400.00 is small price to pay for something you are going to keep, and use, and someday sell.
Either way it will still be a nice machine.
