Nice work! I'm really impressed with how much thought you put into the wiring. That's the kind of thing that most don't have the patience to make right, and yours looks factory. Very well done!

As for the sediment bowl, I went through the same deal with the original unit on my '64 MF35 Utility when "upgraded" the gasket to rubber. I was talking to my father about how I couldn't get it to stop leaking, he pointed out the error of my ways haha.

To echo what the others have already said, the cork gasket should fix your leak.

First of all....interesting project. I like it!

Secondly....i've replaced the original cork gasket with an o-ring out of my o-ring kit and that works too. When you live out in the boonies you make do!

Those should be OK on the 6" wheels, provided they are somewhat flexible in the tread area. Hard to tell how flexible they are on-line. Not the ideal size for that wheel. They will be a lot wider than their 5" design and the wheel will probably stick out a bit beyond the tire. You'll most likely have to run tubes too, or you'll never get the bead to set.

It would be nice to have the traditional rib design on your tractor. Do you know what the original size and tread pattern was? A 6" wheel seems wide for that tractor or for a rib tire.

Those are bloody great stands that you've knocked up for the tractor! Simple yet effective.

I THINK originally it had 16x5.5 or 6" wheels...I dont know why these 15's were put on there, I bet that's what was laying around to get 'em going.

Saw this ad in the ad you posted, it is same price but includes tubes!!

thanks! they worked out great and saved me some money!

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but are you sure the wheels aren't meant for a 6.00x16?

I'm not sure...? I thought the -15 meant the wheel diameter??

the plot thickens....
M.E.Miller tires is really great for odd sizes, though 6x16 isn't odd...
The question is how did you get 15 inch tires on there...and rims; they clearly have to match.

Nice job on the wheels. I had to buy new wheels for my new to me Super A as the old ones had quarter size holes in them.
Didn't get to paint them like you did, wish I did. Particularly the part inside that never gets any attention
