The 3pt geometry is made to be adjustable for angle front to rear... that is what was mentioned earlier.. you need to lengthen your toplink, and possibly raise the lift arms a tad, to get that disc cutting level.. etc.
I don't recall.. what type of tractor is this, and what size disc.. are you trying to pull a huge disc on a very small tractor?
