Pulling implements with Cat 931b

Hi all, we recently purchased 160 acres of land, half of it field, looking to clean up the fields a bit (fields were grain about 20 years ago, has had cattle on it off and on since then). The soil has rocks from pebble size to 2+ft diameter, tall grass and weeds, some smaller brush, and lots of holes from hoof prints. Also wanting to clean up the trails in the forest.

I've thought about getting a rotary mower but worried about the rocks and other hidden goodies that might be under the grass. Was thinking about pulling a disc harrow to clean it up but not sure how well it would work with the Cat. How wide of a discer do you think I could pull with it? Its a 931B Track-loader with rear hydraulic hook up
