Nice job Steve, the only question I have is with the lift arm studs, I think I would have welded a plate across that connects the two tabs but I guess you have no issues.

What happened there was that initially the inside section was a pivot and I had chains to raise the harrow for turns and transport. since the boxtubing is raised up this didn't work, the rear of the harrow would flip up. So I scratched that idea and added the stiff tubing in lieu of the chains.
I thought about adding a rear roller at the rear and if I do I can put the bolts back in and try again. I should add that after thinking about it at the time I realized the pivot point should have been at the harrow frame.
The 3/8" flatbar isn't going anywhere with such a light load though.

The information on the 673 made me feel better about my recent purchase. I threw it on the bill when I bought my 5045D the other day. It was REALLY EXPEN$IVE! I considered it an extravegance, but it was for my wife to make her new garden spot with. I've been promising her a new garden location for a couple of years and was delinquent in fulfilling the promise. I used to garden with a mold board, disk, cultivator and bedder. All but the mold board belonged to an elderly neighbor and I plowed his garden in return for the use of the stuff. He passed away and the stuff disappeared. I think his kids from the city sold it.
After I bought the 673, I started having buyers remorse because I saw so many cheapies for so much less money. After reading your description of it, I now feel justified with the purchase. I'm still clearing the fence row on both sides of her new garden, but should be tearing things up with it in a few months. I'm looking forward to using it.

I am sure they do but it was easier for me to build it from stuff I had on hand.
You might consider getting a landplane grader too, these are great for smoothing and finishing.
I use the harrow pictured to cover seed and smooth up the ground, lots of others here use a piece of chain link fence towed behind the tractor and this works well but is harder to manage without a 3pt setup.
