AI will try letting a little air out, I thought maybe the filled tires were causing the hard ride.

Any suggestions in letting air out of filled tires ?

I looked at the seat suggested, looks good but most of the reviews I read were for lawn tractors and they all liked it. The only review on a Kubota the guy didn't like the side support.

I will search the web for something to replace the seat, stil thinking some sort of suspension or air ride seat.

Time will tell.

Going to house today and take the new machine for a ride, just to get use to it. Have to read the manual find out the nitty gritty of the machine.

Have the valve stems at 12, if liquid comes out, then they are to full anyway.

As far as the seat, it is a suspension seat. I have the equivalent Mahindra OEM seats on both of my Mahindra tractors. Not sure about these being on lawn tractors, seems like it would be a very tight if it would fit at all. :confused3: If you go that way you will see that it is a tight fit on your tractor, but well worth the effort IMO. I have spent many 10-12 hour days setting in these seats with no complaints for more comfort.

Just my :2cents: and good luck with whatever you go with. ;)

Just how full are the tires suppose to be ?

I like the seat you called out but I am not sure where to go I will go out on the web and look around a little.

Thanks for your input.

Tire filling is normally no more than at the 12 o'clock position. So about 3/4 full.

When you click on the seat link, that is the Northern Tool page that the seat is found on. ;)

So I have the tractor for a short while.
Seems to be a little under powered.

Has trouble climbing my hill in high.

Need to contact Mahindra and see if there is something wrong.

I'm no expert, but my reading suggests that High Range is best used for over the road travel and some mowing work if the lawn / field is billiard table flat and the grass is not tall, thick or wet.

There will soon be additional thoughts soon I bet.

I have land near my house "homes each have 5ac" and usually just take the tractor to my other land. Where I live has some pretty good hills and making the short jaunt between property's' doesn't take long, the road is gravel and quite steep. I have a shuttle and in high range and 4th gear it will 'talk' to me as I return to the property that I live on. however in 4th gear and mashing the skinny pedal on the floor it will go almost to fast as I get tossed about on the seat. There sure is no suspension on these things..... I have to back off some to keep from getting beat to death.
I have never owned any tractor that had an automatic trans, but a Husqvarna lawn tractor and it make a buzzing sound when it encounters any hill, small or large. I wonder if the automatic transmission soaks up that much power compared to a manual tranny? Curious if you have tried the thumb out yet?
I wonder if there is some sort of special procedure when using a hst tractor, there sure is a lot of talk about that here in related forums.

You aren't going to be climbing many hills in High with a hydrostat. Just part of hydros, there's nothing wrong with it. Hydrostat is worth the tradeoffs, you're going to love it!

I have over 100 ft of elevation on my loggin road. I'd really be in low range in a lot of spots. Gear for me. What is a good suspension seat for 28 XL?

Everything I'm reading says it fits Max and MaxXL so I'm assuming it will work on both. Once you get it on hand be sure to let me know, def still interested.

Looks like it is all there.

There are four brackets mounted on the tractor that will need to be removed and added to the kit.

No Canopy with the enclosure.

Let me know, make an offer, shipping is your dime and remember if packaging if required that too is your cost.

I am located in 92592 area.
