Purchased L39 TLB Sold L35 TLB

New to the site, but have been reading for years. Hopefully someone can learn from my personal experience.

I had owned a 2004 L35 TLB for 12 years and used it with basically problem free. (only real issue was a rear wheel had been loose for years - one of those sounds you just got used to and never thought of it....untill i realised holy cow the wheel is loose! I had to machine a new set of lugs into the wheel to fix it).

I started thinking of upgrading to a newer unit several years ago. Not necessary wanted a bigger unit, just newer and tighter. I was convinced the JD 110L or the Kubota L39 was the perfect size for me. After searching and trolling for years I finally found a L39 several weeks ago!

I'm happy to share more, but basically the short story is:

I sold my L35 for $19k locally in CA
I purchased my 2013 L39 for $20k plus $3k to ship

I'm thrilled with the new tractor....working on a power beyond setup to power a hydraulic sickle bar and 4 in 1. Planning on buying Kubota TL1715A for the valving...
